Downloading the App
The WorkWave GPS map can be found in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store for download. (On Google Play users will need to search for specifically "WorkWave GPS" searching "WWGPS" will not display results.) The app will display on both stores as "WorkWave: GPS Track".
Once on the login page, users will have to use their WorkWave GPS login credentials to access the app. These credentials may be different than your PestPac, WorkWave Service or WorkWave Route Manager credentials. If you are not sure of your login email and password you can reset it here.
Upon login users will be brought to the main map view of the WorkWave: GPS Track app. Here they can get an overview of the location and status of their tracked vehicles. Users will be able to quickly toggle between “default” and “status” views at the bottom of the screen:
Clicking a vehicle on the map will give a brief status description of the selected vehicle with the ability to view the breadcrumbs for that vehicle.
The map can be filtered by vehicles or statuses by clicking the filter icon on the bottom left of the screen.
A listing of recent events can be displayed in the WorkWave: GPS Track app by opening the menu page, here users will find information such as hard cornering, braking, acceleration, geofence triggers, idling etc. Users can then click on the arrow icon to be brought to the location of the listed event.
The vehicle list view can be opened by clicking the icon on the top right of the screen. Here users can see the statuses of all their vehicles in a list view. Clicking on any vehicle will bring the user to the map focused on that vehicle.
Users can display breadcrumbs for a visual timeline of events of the selected vehicle. This can be done by either selecting a vehicle on the map and clicking "View Breadcrumbs" or clicking the icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
While in “breadcrumbs view”, users can click the list icon on the top right of the screen to see a listed timeline of the breadcrumb events with more detailed information.
